Belief In The Real Presence

The Blessed Sacrament enters Todedo Cathedral on the feast of Corpus Christi.
Is this a people which believes in the real presence? Yes - and how!
In this particular culture, respect is manifested noisily. Spaniards applaud during their national anthem, for example. They are cheering the return of their King.
It's not the way we do things here, but it's inspiring.
Wow! What a beautiful way to honour Our Lord! Our German celebration was more sedate but I love the exuberance of this one in Toledo. I have been to that Cathedral too: It is quite spectacular and a fitting setting for such a manifestation of love and respect.

There was a time when one thing that I wanted to do was to visit Seville for Holy Week. I never got there and I don't suppose that I will do so now.
