I think

1. The Vespers on Sunday evening in H&N is for the Cathedral Dedication, not St. Jane Frances (who has her feast on the subsequent Saturday). I‘m rather surprised that St. Joachim is not even commemorated; would this be different if his feast was a II class double, which it was later raised to be?

2. The commemoration in H&N on Saturday should be for St. Zephyrinus; St. Bernard will probably get a transferred feast later. I was surprised first that the feast was not of him, but the note „fixa ex 21 huius“ in the photo makes it clear: It‘s because St. Jane Frances’s proper day is always occupied in H&N that she gets the fun of having a different quasi-proper day, not just a normal transferred feast, and that is on the 26th.

Prior to the changes of Leo XIII Titulars and Patrons were especially privileged, Dedications slightly less so. For example, with the Dedication of the Cathedral in Hexham and Newcastle the Sunday is not commemorated in first Vespers. However, if St. Joachim had been then a D2Cl it would have been as you surmise Nepomuk.

Dear Nepomuk: you are right on both counts and I have amended the entry. St Bernard will appear in Hexham and Newcastle on 6 September.
