on all Thursdays, and on all Feasts of our Lord and the BVM and St. Francis of
Assisi, at 8.00. Stations of the Cross on Friday at 8.00 pm. Rosary or other
Devotions every other evening at 8.00. Instruction and Devotions for the
Confraternity of the Immaculate Heart on Wednesday at 8.00 pm, with Benediction

are in this Church chapels of the Blessed Sacrament, of our Blessed Lady and of
St. Francis of Assisi, to the last of which the great Indulgence of the
Portiuncula is attached, and may be gained at each visit made between 6.00 pm
on 1 August and sunset on the next evening. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament
on 2 August. Confraternities of the Blessed Sacrament and of the Immaculate
Heart of Mary; also of the Scapular of Mount Carmel and of the Seven Dolours.
By rescripts of His present Holiness, a Plenary Indulgence can be gained once a
year by visiting the Church any day on the usual conditions; also on the Feasts
of St Francis of Assisi, and of the Stigmata, and on the first Sunday of every
month. The parish also serves the
Islington Workhouse, and the Fever Hospital on Liverpool-road.
In 2017 the parish priest is Mgr Seamus O'Boyle,
supported by Fr David Lucuy and Fr Larry
Milby. Anticipated Mass is on Saturday
at 6.00 pm and Sunday Mass is at 9.00, 10.30 Sung Children's Liturgy, 12.00
Sung High Mass and 6.00 pm. Weekday Mass
at 10.00, followed on Saturday by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament until
11.30 am. Confessions Saturdays 10.30
to 11.30 and 5.15 to 5.45.
