Ah, and the "updated for newer saints" sort:

3 Tuesday St. Therese of Lisieux, double.
5 Thursday St. Thomas of Hereford, double (who was originally on the 2nd, so if that gives way to the Guardian Angels, the 3rd being the world-wide date for St. Therese is off bounds too).

Or, if other than was decided in the Vetus Ordo but like the Novus Ordo, St. Therese should be put on the 1st, reducing St. Remigius to a commemoration because he after all only has a simple [*], then:

1 Sunday The Rosary, Com. of the Sunday and St. Remigius. St. Therese is transferred (but not fixed).
5 Thursday: St: Therese of Lisieux, transferred from Sunday.

(* Why wasn't that the case, by the way, before 1970? I guess for the same reason St. Clare gives way to the local feast of St. Rufinus, even though he has no feast in the general calendar; not to Sts. Tiburtius and Susanna who could just be commemorated. St. Therese does give way to St. Remigius, but not because he has a simple-feast in the general calender; that could be commemorated; but he is French like her and has a rather high-ranking feast in France, being at least one of the Apostles-to-the-country.)
